- Retaliation against whistleblowers is strictly prohibited.
- Protections apply in accordance with the Whistle Blowers Protection Act, 2014.
Anonymous Disclosures
Anonymous disclosures will be reviewed to the extent feasible based on the information provided. While anonymity may limit investigation effectiveness, sufficient detail should be provided to enable assessment.
This Policy does not replace confidentiality obligations or apply to personal grievances.
