She specializes in enhancing organizations through effective change implementation. Her work includes developing policies, introducing employee recognition programs, migrating operation frameworks, and designing comprehensive training programs. Alba has been rewarded and recognized for exceptional performance at various stages of her career, and has completed a certification in Effective Management of Service Sector Firms by IIM Ahmedabad. Educated across Europe, Asia, and the Pacific, she has a keen interest in exploring new places and diverse cultures.

Aarish Dhar
Aarish has over 20 years of experience in sales, account management, consultative selling, and business development, across major industries in South Asia and the Middle East. Prior to joining Alea in 2021, he held notable sales management positions at Evalueserve, Thomson Reuters, and CPA Global. His key priorities included driving customer growth, enhancing customer retention, and enabling clients to make well-informed decisions. At Alea, Aarish plays a pivotal role in developing and executing effective business development strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational excellence. Aarish holds a Master’s degree in Operations Management from AIMA, Delhi, and a B.E. (Mech) from Nagpur University.

Dhananjay Saraswat
Dhananjay brings over 10 years of expertise in compliance, due diligence, corporate investigations, and database management. Before joining Alea Consulting, he was with Gerson Lehrman Group, where he managed the screening process for both domestic and international clients. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from IILM University, Gurugram, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Additionally, Dhananjay has completed certifications in Anti-Corruption from the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, and Effective Management of Service Sector Firms from IIM Ahmedabad.

Vaneet Maheshwari
Vaneet brings over 16 years of specialized experience in the financial market data industry. His career spans key roles at organizations including London Stock Exchange Group (erstwhile Thomson Reuters), Parameta Solutions (erstwhile TP ICAP Information), and Unified Credit Solutions. He has extensive international exposure, having worked across markets including Bangladesh, India, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. Over the course of his career, Vaneet has worked closely with regulators, banks, credit insurers, and corporates, delivering data-driven insights and solutions that support informed decision-making across financial ecosystems. He holds a Master of Management Studies in Marketing and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
