PREVENTION OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT (POSH) POLICY
Alea Consulting is committed to providing a safe and respectful workplace in compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
This Policy applies to all employees, consultants, interns, contractors, clients, visitors, and any individual interacting with Alea Consulting.
Key Principles
- Sexual harassment in any form is strictly prohibited.
- Retaliation against complainants or witnesses is forbidden.
- False or malicious complaints are subject to disciplinary action.
Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)
An Internal Complaints Committee has been constituted in accordance with the POSH Act.
